Overview
Help keep RPA’s website sharp, accessible, and up‑to‑date by troubleshooting
content and display issues and advising staff on publishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish and update content in the CMS; ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Triage and fix minor display issues; escalate bugs appropriately.
- Maintain internal content checklists and lightweight QA process.
- Assist with analytics snapshots and simple experiments.
Qualifications
- Comfort with CMS workflows and basic HTML/CSS; JS familiarity helpful.
- Strong communicator who can translate tech to non‑tech teammates.
- Security‑ and accessibility‑aware; careful and methodical.
Time Commitment
~5 hours/week; flexible schedule with quick turnaround for urgent fixes.
