CTrail's new transit service -- Hartford Line -- begins regular rail service in Connecticut and Massachusetts starting on Saturday, June 16, 2018 with a FREE travel weekend. Explore Connecticut from New Haven, Wallingford, Meriden and Berlin areas to Hartford, Windsor, Windsor Locks and the Springfield, MA area.
All Hartford Line service (CTrail and Amtrak) will be FREE weekend -- except for the Vermonter.
A ticket will be required for travel on an Amtrak train on the corridor. Hartford Line service ambassadors will be at each station handing out complimentary tickets.
