- Would you like the opportunity to discuss policy for your community's rail needs?
- Do you have a regional approach you'd like to talk through?
- Need guidance to advance the passenger rail cause in your hometown?
- Do you need an Advocacy 101 lesson from a policy professional?
Rail Passengers Association is your source for understanding the ever-evolving nature of passenger rail advocacy. The passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act changed the landscape of federal passenger rail programs in the U.S. with generational growth opportunities for rail across the country. Rail Passengers Association was a key player in the drafting of several rail provisions included in this bill, led by Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy Sean Jeans-Gail. Every major policy recommendation Sean Jeans-Gail crafted and advocated for was included in the final draft of the IIJA.
This August, you will have a unique chance for one-on-one (or small group) time with Jeans-Gail, our most effective legislative and policy specialist. If you’re looking to increase your chances for advocacy success, then book time with Sean TODAY. For over fifteen years, Sean has been committed to advancing strategically sound policy and is a trusted voice in the industry, leading to many successes for the Association at large. If you’re ready to take your advocacy to the next level, this is your opportunity to launch, supported by expert advice.
Sessions will be offered on August 21, 22, 26 and 29. 45-minute sessions start at $300 for groups of up to three attendees. Contact Jeanne Lawrie for pricing on additional attendees or to plan a larger group engagement with our policy staff

The Golden Spike Award serves as a testament to the compassion and dedication our conductors, assistant conductors and other workers exhibit constantly through times both ordinary and extraordinary."
