The Annual Toledo Rail Forum - Sponsored by the Northwest Ohio Passenger Rail Association (NOPRA) and the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) will be held Monday, October 15 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza in Toledo starting at 11:00am.
The featured speaker will be Alexander E. Metcalf PhD. Dr. Metcalf is the President of Special Technical Team at Ameri Metro, Inc. He is responsible for Ameri's high speed rail, policy, forecasting, etc.
